Training Program

Responsibilities
Development Teams: Our development teams are tasked with designing, developing and maintaining applications used by the firm’s business units. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients to gather and analyze requirements; making system design decisions; assessment, integration and development of required software; and deploying applications for testing and production. Developing high-performance low-latency electronic trading systems across multiple asset classes, providing sophisticated risk management analytics and systems, and developing complex workflow and life cycle management capabilities in increasingly sophisticated products are just a few of the many projects available to developers in our technical organizations. .
Infrastructure Teams

Our infrastructure facing teams are developing sophisticated systems to run our business. Engineers provide tools, applications, and platforms such as the firm’s network, computing hardware, operating systems, and databases for trading applications, mobile applications, and other end-user applications. Working in small, agile teams, the group efficiently delivers applications spanning the firm’s clients. Engineering the firm’s websites, managing a Windows plant, and developing client reporting delivery systems are some of the projects available to infrastructure engineers in our organizations.
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
- Undergraduate, Masters or Ph.D. graduate.
- Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or other related technical disciplines preferred.
- Experience in at least one OO language: eg, Java, C++ or C# database knowledge. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Unix).
- excellent problem solving skills, experience in object oriented development, good understanding of data structures, algorithms and complexity theory, strong database and scripting skills.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, teamwork and analytical skills. Fluent in English.
