Participates in the design of call audits.
- Monitors calls according to monitoring format and quality standards and provides trend data to management team.
- Uses a quality monitoring data management system to collect and track performance At team and individual level.
- Monitors Inside Sales email responses.
- Participates in customer listening program to identify customer needs and expect
- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
- Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for employees.
- Provides feedback to team leaders and helps managers synchronize better among them team
- Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff Review
