Purpose of role
The objective of this role is to design, develop and troubleshoot solutions/designs/models/simulations on various software as per client/project requirements.
Do
Design and develop solutions to client specifications

- Work on various software’s like CAD, CAE to develop suitable models as per project plans/customer requirements
- Test prototypes and designs produced on software’s and check all boundary conditions (impact analysis, stress analysis etc.)
- Create specifications and determine operational feasibility by integrating software components into a fully functional software system
- Prepare prototypes as per engineering drawings and outline cad model is created
- Perform Failure Mode Analysis (FMEA) for any new requirements received from the client
- Provide optimized solutions to clients by running simulations in virtual environments
- Ensure that the software is updated with the latest features to make it cost-effective for the client
- Enhance applications/solutions by identifying improvement opportunities, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems
- Follow industry standard procedures for various processes and systems as per client requirements while modeling solutions on software
Provide timely customer support and problem solving

- Troubleshoot issues with the client or software integration team while resolving escalated tickets
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures for customers
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems in a timely manner with minimal latency and maximum performance
- Deploy programs for adequate resolution with customer satisfaction and evaluate user feedback
- Adhere to project plans and industry standards
Ensure reporting and documentation for clients
- Ensure weekly, monthly status reports for customers as per requirements
- Maintain documentation and create a repository of all design changes, recommendations, etc
- Maintain timesheets for clients
- Providing a written knowledge transfer/history of the project
