Nature of work
Rotational Shift – Only 5 days of work and 2 days off per week
Any bachelor degree.
Excellent communication skills
Good command of English (spoken/written)
Basic computer hardware knowledge
The tasks of these engineers may include one or more of the following:
There must be a passion for demonstrating a customer first culture in every interaction
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/networking/OS related issues on phones
Ability to provide solutions to customers, including selling products or services to customers to solve problems.
Knowledge and Skills:
Active demonstration of self-time and task management.
Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Must demonstrate a good analytical/logical approach to troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues
Must have excellent CRM skills, email/chat etiquette, customer first mentality
A+, N+, MCSA, MCSE technical certifications will be added advantage
