C Coordinator who will interact with candidates and interviewers as required to ensure timely recruitment activities and onboarding

to Mindtree. This can include calling talent, scheduling interview panels, organizing talent and connecting sessions with Mindtree,

and more. This work is fundamental to success in recruiting and onboarding talent. You will get a lot of exposure to all new work

(Engineering, Graduate, MBA) including sourcing channels, screening and assessment process, candidate engagement, offer and

onboarding process, systems and tools.

The ideal candidate should have excellent written and spoken communication skills, the ability to communicate concisely and

effectively, excellent coordination and the ability to keep track of multiple daily tasks. She should have the ability to interact

comfortably with a wide variety of people and with different levels of background roles.

A strong sense of ownership and cc o incompetence will be behavioral traits that this person possesses and exhibits in all dealings

assigned to her.
