Preferred Experience: New or experienced resources with insurance/claims experience required
Job Profile/Key Responsibilities
DCX is Hiring
Responsible for policy administration of life insurance policies
Performs regular standard tasks but has the opportunity to vary the task sequence
To meet service level agreements and productivity targets.
Identify process efficiencies and contribute to improvements.
Responsible for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Candidates must have good communication skills
Open to work night shift
PC literacy, basic knowledge of MS Office and e-mail skills
