  • Understand Competency Proficiency Role Mapping for yourself.
  • Ask for performance feedback and use it to identify proficiency gaps in the role.
  • Update the House Manager on any issues regarding the responsibilities undertaken in the engagement.
  • Assist team members in clarifying project expectations, providing guidance and supervision to deliver defined tasks.

  • Manage the list of interview panelists in your team and ensure that nomination loads are balanced and respect individual limits.
  • Create a knowledge base to provide engagement related induction to new participants in the engineering community.
  • Extend support to help new community members settle into their new roles, including logistical help if needed.
  • Be responsible for resolving any disputes transparently and fairly during the performance management process.
  • Drive community specific performance management operational processes.
  • Keep tabs on the rewards and recognition process, approve rewards and work with operations team to make necessary changes.
  • Motivate leads and managers to reward associates appropriately and timely
  • Update resumes in HCM and ensure skill profiles in My Career App are current.
  • Guide your teams to keep track of skill profiles and bring newly acquired skills and competencies to the attention of their home manager.
  •  Goes through talent profiling to benchmark a given associate within the community.
